This fave venue of Sweat Vacay’s is more than just an epic garden where we do outdoor sea-view yoga, pilates, cycling, maderotherapy, and more. It is also an incredible craft cocktail bar with a view the sunset like none other. Each drink was created by two talents - Sommelier Nikos and Christos. And the drinks they conceive of are all inspired by local fruits, flowers, and herbs. Twists on traditions that are drinks to be experienced. THE FUMMO ROSO
A cloudy version of the beloved classic- the Negroni, with Tangueray 10, blend of italian and greek vermouths, a hazy touch ofhibiscus, earthy Casamigos Mezcal scent and tonka cigar smoke. Always enjoy your Negroni before and after Dinner.
WHY WE LOVE IT
1. The presentation. This drink comes in a two piece glass decanter. The bottom is a cut crystal rocks glass filled with ice and and orange peel that has been emblazoned with the brand - literally branded. So good.
The top is the decanter. The bottom is your delicious cocktail and the top is infused with that lovely tonka-scented cigar smoke. It’s like an intercontinental whiff of my fave UES haunts, Club Macanudo, in a glass. Can I get an amen, Upper East Siders?
2. The flavors. This is no typical Negroni. This is a complex and nuanced drink. And it is a must.
