ALL OUR CLASSES ARE OUTSIDE AND TAUGHT BY INTERNATIONAL + LOCAL INSTRUCTORS. SO YOU GET A WORKOUT WITH LOCAL FLAVOR AND A MEMORABLE GREEK EXPERIENCE.

Cycling

Hop on one of our Stages C3 bikes for a music-driven ride overlooking the Aegean Sea. With “sweat mode” and “vacay mode” modifications, our Sweat Vacay cycling classes are appropriate for all levels. 


Vinyasa

Vinyasa is a dynamic and energizing class that is composed of a series of flowing sequences that synchronize the movement with the breath. This class will challenge both your body and your mind and improve your flexibility and balance as well as build up your strength in a playful way.


Yin Yoga

Yin is a gentle and contemplative class, it is composed of seated and supine postures held for 3-5 minutes in order to target the deep connective tissues of the body. This practice improves mobility and relieves tensions. It invites you on a journey of self-discovery, that helps you reach a restorative feeling and full relaxation.


Sound Healing

Join Andrea for an immersive sound healing. At its core, sound healing is based on the understanding that we are made up of water, and that sound has a profound effect on the molecular structure of the water within our bodies as the sound waves resonate, creating a ripple effect that can help to release energetic blockages, reduce stress, and promote deep relaxation.

This is a transcendental sound journey to bring balance to the mind, body and spirit. Andrea unites a channeled meditation, bowls and shamanic instruments for a journey of sound.


Sunrise Hike

Start your morning with a 3 hour outdoorsy treck to the historic lighthouse with sweeping sea views, uplifting breezes, and true natural beauty. We end at the beach… so bring a swimsuit and towel! Traditional breakfast included. 


Paddle Board Yoga

Challenge your balance with paddle board yoga. This is a fun and playful practice that is all about testing the bounds of stability. And when you fall off (and you totally might), you get to be one with the sea ;)


Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates a conditioning method of exercise that builds core strength, muscle endurance and flexibility. It tones the full body. Small equipment can be added for more resistance. 


Reformer Pilates

Our gorgeous wooden reformers means you get the spring-loaded classical reformer experience in our Mykonos studio. You’ll practice Joseph Pilates’ method of Contrology with hands on cues.


E-bike Rentals + Tours

Whether you want to explore on your own or want a guided tour of the local sights, these electric bikes make taking on the hills and rigged terrain of Mykonos as easy as pedaling on flat ground, making this experience suitable for all.

Sail to Delos

Join us on our sailboat to the ancient Island of Delos where history is all around. Then we sail to the island of Rhenia for swimming, snorkeling, paddle boarding, or just chill on the boat and soak up the sunshine. Traditional lunch prepared and served on he boat plus beer and wine.


Half Day Beach, Yoga, + Breakfast

Join Sweat Vacay for an hour morning yoga practice right on the beach, followed by a traditional breakfast, including coffee and juice. Lounge on your own private beach chair and umbrella as long as you desire with full service. All levels and abilities welcome. Great for solo travellers, couples, and groups up to 24.
